Gospel Ministers’ Academy · Wisdom Akinpelu Ministries International
55 statements · 11 areas · one honest hour · an honest picture of where you stand
FREE — NO COST, NO OBLIGATIONThis is not an examination and there is no pass mark. It is a mirror, and it is only useful if you are honest with it.
Whether you are studying for ministry, newly ordained, serving as an assistant, or simply sensing a call you have not yet acted on — this check tells you where you are genuinely ready and where you are not.
It is not about how much you know. Ministries fail far more often through character, isolation, and unexamined assumptions than through lack of learning. Several of these statements are uncomfortable for that reason.
It draws on two books — The Missing Link in Pentecostal Practice and Building and Leading Spirit-Led Ministries — and on the curriculum of the Gospel Ministers’ Academy.
| 0 | Not true of me at all. |
| 1 | Barely true. I have thought about it but done little. |
| 2 | Partly true. Inconsistent, or true only when convenient. |
| 3 | Largely true. A settled habit, with lapses. |
| 4 | Fully true. Established, consistent, and known to others who could confirm it. |
Time required: about an hour. Do it in one sitting, and pray before you start.
The pattern matters more than the total. Two people can score 120 for opposite reasons — one strong in knowledge and weak in character, the other the reverse. The second is the more dangerous.

Twelve modules · Certificated
Training for those preparing to serve, built on the conviction that ministry needs both fire and foundation. The Academy exists to give you something to stand on — doctrine you can explain, character that can be examined, and structures that will outlast you.

How it runs. Twelve weekly sessions of 90 minutes, live and recorded. Each module ends in something produced — a written statement of faith, a sermon prepared and preached, a discipleship plan, a personal rule of life. Certification requires attendance at ten of twelve, the required work, and a final presentation.
Cost. Teaching is offered without charge. A modest fee covers materials and certification, and is waived on request for anyone for whom it is a barrier. We would rather train you than be paid.
