How healthy is your church beyond Sunday attendance? — 55 indicators, 11 ministry domains, a 220-point assessment, strengths, weaknesses, risks and 90-day priorities
Ours is a church-support ministry: we plant no church and keep no convert — we exist to serve yours. The free Church Health Snapshot remains our front door, always.

This is a diagnostic, not a judgement. Its only value lies in honesty, and nobody else sees your answers unless you choose to send them. A high score obtained by generosity to yourself helps no one; a low score honestly recorded may be the most useful hour you give your church this year.
It is built from two books — The Missing Link in Pentecostal Practice and Building and Leading Spirit-Led Ministries — and it asks the questions those books argue most ministries never ask themselves.
| 0 | Not true at all. This does not exist in our church. |
| 1 | Barely true. Something informal exists but it is not reliable. |
| 2 | Partly true. It exists but is inconsistent, undocumented, or rests on one person. |
| 3 | Largely true. It is in place and working, with some gaps. |
| 4 | Fully true. It is documented, consistently practised, and would survive my absence. |
Eleven domain scores out of 20 each, a total out of 220, a health band, and three priorities drawn from your lowest-scoring areas — each linked to the chapter and the document that addresses it.
Time required: about one hour. Complete it in one sitting so your standard of judgement stays consistent.
The pattern matters more than the total. Two churches can score 120 for entirely different reasons — one strong in doctrine and weak in care, the other the reverse.
| Domain | Score | Profile | Band |

Three specific readings drawn from your answers, each pointing at a different kind of fragility.
Every domain scoring below Strong, sorted by how soon it needs attention.
Built from your own three lowest-scoring domains and your risk indicators above.
These are your three lowest-scoring domains — not the areas you enjoy most, and not the ones you already do well.
You have completed this as one rater. A senior pastor, associate pastor, trustee and administrator often score the same domains very differently — and the disagreement itself is usually the most useful finding. The WAMI Ministry Leadership Alignment Diagnostic has your five leaders complete this independently, then compares the results.

Free to partner churches
No single church can win a city for Jesus. Different things draw different people to Christ, and God has distributed different gifts and preaching styles across His Body for exactly that reason.
How it works. Eight to ten pastors each preach for seven minutes under one theme — Jesus the Saviour of the World — with the great hymns of salvation sung between the messages. Before the night, believers take the 7‑1‑1 Covenant: one name, one hour of prayer a day, seven days, then a personal invitation.
Your first step is smaller than you think. Before anything else is asked, we come to your church for one service, at no charge, to charge your congregation up for the campaign. Nothing further is requested until that has happened.

Copied. Now paste it into an email to admin@wamiministries.org and press send.
If your email app does not open, that is normal on some computers — simply copy the message above and send it yourself.
Everything this diagnostic measures is addressed in two books and a set of eleven working documents. You do not need us in order to use them.
